In order to clearly show our intention to complete each project as quickly as possible and maintain our high quality, Quick Bath guarantees each project schedule. The guarantee is a 1% discount of the original contract value for each day we exceed the original project completion schedule. The guarantee does not apply if unforeseen circumstances arise, such as dry rot, water damage, termites, etc. It also does not apply if the government agency responsible for inspection does not show up as requested in the schedule. Each city or county makes their own schedules and on occasion cancels scheduled inspections until the following day.

How much will the job cost?

Each bathroom remodel has its own nuances and will vary widely depending on the amount of work and the cost of the selected products. According to Remodeling magazine’s 2005 Cost vs. Value Report, bathroom remodels jobs can recoup up to 102 percent of project costs at resale. How do I design or select product for my project?

We are eager to be an active participant in your design and selection process. We utilize our over 50 years’ experience to assist in designing the bathroom of your dreams. Jason Peters, our President, is a member of the board of the local chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association and the National Association of Remodeling Industry. Quick Bath knows that life is busy and wants to make the design/selection process as easy as possible. We provide in-house design and selection service. Once in contract, we will bring material selections to you based upon your design style. We will look at tile, granite, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, lighting, paint colors, etc. We do our best to remove the endless running around town borrowing and returning products so you can focus on your family, work, fun, etc. We will also meet with you at our partners’ showrooms when it is necessary to touch and feel specific products.

Will the material used be high quality?

Quick Bath only uses high quality materials and products that have a proven track record. We use some of the industry’s most trusted materials suppliers, like Moen, Kohler, Grohe, Hinkley Lighting, Sherwin Williams Paint, Kitchen Craft Cabinets, etc. 

Who makes sure the items are delivered to the job site on time?

Our proven system ensures that when we show up to begin your project all of the necessary items are ready to be installed. With our extensive industry knowledge, we have developed processes to order, receive, inspect and store all the required items for your project prior to the beginning of your bathroom renovation. All of the products are moved to the job site on the first day of construction.

Do you do all of the work yourselves?

As one of the most trusted remodeling companies in the Central Valley, we are proud of the work we have accomplished and our personnel. Our team members all go through a proprietary training and cross-training process to ensure that we operate at the highest level of service in all trades. Our teams are well trained, highly skilled, efficient, effective, and clean. Because we provide all of the trade services we are able to manage our schedules and meet our delivery dates. We are not held up by a sub-contractor who is working for us and 5 other contractors. On the rare occasion that we do engage a sub-contractor it is for a very specific task. Each sub-contractor is a company with which we have a long history and know will perform the work to our quality standards and schedule. All of our sub-contractors are registered contractors and are licensed and insured.

Can you provide a list of references?

Absolutely! We have many. Please visit our testimonial page for customer comments or our Gallery page for before and after images of completed projects. Please call us for a personal list of client names and contact information. Our clients are happy to discuss their projects. We can also arrange visits to client projects if desired.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

We are licensed, bonded and insured. We are licensed and registered contractors in the state of California. We carry a complete liability insurance package and workman’s compensation.  All of our employees are US Citizens, which ensures that there will be no work stoppage for deportation related issues.

Will there be a mess during the project?

Unfortunately, most remodeling companies create a mess, a large mess, but don’t be alarmed we aren’t like them. Quick Bath knows how to contain and control the debris generated during demolition and construction. We are sensitive to your living conditions and we implement our process which minimizes debris, dust and disruption.

How do I get the estimate and what is the process for hiring Quick Bath?

Call us to set up an appointment for a free estimate 559.365.6542. We will come to your home to discuss the details of your project. Usually within a week we will call to schedule a return appointment. At that appointment we will discuss our proposal, which consists of an open book cost proposal, a complete, detailed written description of the work, and a construction schedule. Once you call us to accept the proposal, we will prepare a contract for the project and meet with you to sign it. Once the contract is signed we will assign an anticipated start date and begin the design/selection/ordering phase. Lastly work commences on the agreed upon date, the job is completed, and you Enjoy!
